Where we ship

Orangi ships across India — every state, every pincode our delivery partners service. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1299.
• Below ₹1299: a flat ₹49 shipping fee is added at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India with no extra COD fee on prepaid-eligible pincodes.

Delivery timeline

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, typically within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
• Other Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote/Tier-3 locations: 5–10 business days

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking link. You can also track any order on our Track Order page using your order ID and registered phone number.
