7-day hassle-free returns. If you don't love your Orangi kurti, send it back within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

What can be returned

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact.
• Original packaging (poly bag) should be returned along with the item.
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Sale and clearance items, accessories, and innerwear are non-returnable.

How to return

1. WhatsApp us at +91 8460133169 with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team confirms eligibility within a few hours and schedules a reverse pickup at no cost to you (on serviceable pincodes).
3. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check (typically 2–3 business days), your refund is initiated.
4. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer to a number you confirm with us.

Exchanges

Want a different size? We make it easy — initiate a return as above and mention the new size you'd like. We'll dispatch the exchange as soon as your original item is in transit back to us, so you're not stuck waiting. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Got a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please WhatsApp a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll fix it the same day — full refund or free replacement, your choice.
